My current food obsession is cauliflower mash. It’s similar to mashed potatoes, but a bit more “healthier” veggie option. I think I was watching a fitness vlogger and she was talking about her food prep. I cannot remember who, but when I do find it again I’ll post it here (found the video: Amanda Bucci). Hopefully I find it, but the recipe is super simple. I think she used fresh cauliflower, but I found that the frozen stuff works just a well.


So I took one packet of frozen cauliflower and boil it until soft. Once it’s cooked and I let it cool down a bit before draining. Then its on to the food processor or if you don’t have one, a blender should do it well also. I typically just add a bit of spices like Mrs. Dash Original and a bit of butter, like I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter or Coconut oil/spread. but you don’t have to. I just like it to have a bit more flavor to it.

Then blend! Super easy, super simple! I’m just completely obsessed with this at the moment. Let me know if you try it and how it is! Till next time, ciao!
