I started flat ironing my hair again. Since I’ve started taking Biotin and B12 vitamins to help with what I lack due to my diet, my hair has gotten stronger and longer!

And now it’s well past my shoulders. Don’t know if I want to cut it, but it does need a trim. The ends are completely fried. I think I’ll do my hair straight again at least once to twice a week. When time allows.

I use a Chi Flat Iron that my mom brought me a couple of Christmas’ ago.

and I use Shea Moisture Hair Thickening Growth Milk with Yucca & Aloe. It’s one of my favorites! It has no parabens and is gluten-free! Woot-woot!

  1. So, you’re gluten free. Are you meat free, too? If not and you like fish, try and eat salmon a couple times a week… But, I really shouldn’t tell gluten free omnivores how to eat, as I’m not strictly gluten free and I don’t eat meat. 😉 The word on the street is that fresh fish is good for healthy hair growth.

    1. Yeah, I try to eat fish (especially salmon, if it’s not too expensive here on the island) about twice a week, and occasionally meat, but most of my meals are vegetable based. I mainly don’t eat a lot of red meat or pork, and chicken is about once a week.
