During the week, my breakfast is either going to be egg white scramble with veggies and toast or a protein pancake, but the weekend I try to eat things I don’t typically have time to make. That probably why my bag of frozen fruit & kale mix last longer in my house than peanut butter. I got to try Rader Farms Fresh Start Sunrise Fusion mix. I really like it since it not only contains yummy fruit, but also necessary greens like kale and spinach. As much I as I try to eat my veggies, there are some days where it’s easier not to have to think about it.

My recipes is simple and quick:

  • 1 Serving of Rader Farms Fresh Start Fusion Mix of your choice
  • 1 cup of liquid (I use almond milk, but any other milk will do, or even just water)
  • 1 banana
  • Ice if needed

I usually put in the the fresh stuff and liquid first to blend together. I find it easier to get the smoothie smoother if they go in first, so the banana and liquid goes it and blend. Then add in your fusion mix and continue to blend until mixed to your favorite consistency. Pour in favorite glass cup and enjoy!

Have you tried any of the other flavors they have? I really want to see what the Morning Vitality with mango and sweet potato taste like but it is always out at my local Walmart and I can’t seem to find anywhere else locally they sell it
