When I started eating more bread, pasta, and cereal (mainly cheerios), I notice that for the last two weeks I’ve been more tired and quite bloated. I was more concern with how tired I was. I thought the whole bloated/Gastro-intestinal problems was because of something I was eating. Which ened up being the truth, for both symptoms

So when I was complaining about my lack of energy recently, my “stomach” problems, cramps and afternoon headaches, my friend, who herself has been gluten-free for quite a while, suggested that I might be gluten sensitive.

So I’m going on a gluten-free diet to see if the “symptoms” I’ve been having might be cause by ‘gluten’ in my diet. This is going to be interesting…
